According to The Daily Star we have signed a new player Steven Dymock a 21 year old who was part of the Harmony Row side which lifted the Scottish Youth FA`s Challenge Cup last season. The article states The Shire beat off stiff competition to snap up the player on a years contract. Dennis said"I`m delighted to get him". Hopefully he`ll do the business. Congratulations to Dennis for his hard work in getting this player & any other who joins The Shire.

On his performance when he came on in the 2nd half in the Kirky game he IS a serious find.
From the blog site - Iain Diack and Ally Graham have now signed up as well to strengthen the forward line. This is a seriously better position than we were in at the start of last season. Ally looked fit and was pretty effective in Saturday's game.

I suppose it could have been worse. It could have been Mark Yardley! Don`t think Del will like this or his Mum and Dad. At least it gives us the choice of 4 strikers.

whats the odds on 1-2 coming away with the quote re ally graham, "I always rated that man. He a class act" after the abuse he gave him all last season. In my opiniom. graham may turn out to be a decent signing unlike Diack who I've reservations about after his loan spell here last season. No. 5 is a different story. Ahem

I rate Iain Diack Saw him when he was at Albion Rovers where they played him right midfield and even right back at times. Decent player if he is in the mood to play.

He is an out and out striker who is working hard for The Shire. He got a bit fed up a few times on Saturday when players took shots at goal and didn`t pass to him but he kept trying to the end.

His attitude is spot on! He is getting excellent support from Ally Graham and feeds off him well. His commitment is also not in doubt and you could see the determined look on his face when it all went wrong at Stenny. He obviously does not like losing and that suits me fine. The simple point is that we as fans need to keep players like him, and support them. Iain could easily play at a higher level.

Forward players always complain! I see your fav player had a picture in Sun Sport yesterday claiming he was not an Olympic diver in getting a last gasp pen for Stenny!
