Can`t wait I might even go! Is Ross Donaldson suspended? Wide open spaces should suit The "Silky" Shire,

Times for tomorrow for the trip are whatever (I am not the organiser this season, remember ?!).
BUS and myself will be on the train that leaves Edinburgh (via F*****k High) at 10am or 10.15, think I go for the 2nd one. We will meet everyone at the usual points and times (and I will take my phone). If anyone wants more detailed info. post here or give me a phone.
As I said above, Stewart come with us to the pleasureland. If you don't have my phone no. come across and see me tonight and we'll get things sorted.
I'll show my Shire memorabilia if you show me yours !

Ok.
Shuggie's train from the New City is the 10.20 (ish) which gets into the city at 11am so the FH time will be the later one.

Well I suppose it had to happen sometime but it was still a shock to see us beaten and play a real stinker of a game. We must have had about 3 half decent shots on target in the whole 90 minutes and if Queens Park had decent strikers we would have lost 5-0 easy. Nothing else to say about this game except it wipes away the artificial euphoria generated by some in recent weeks - back to reality as some have sung today and another away trip next week to try and improve the performance.

A truly dreadful game and I am struggling to think of any positives we can take from it. Lets just say we were happy to depart with only a 2-0 defeat and leave it at that. The best part of this away trip was on our way round to the other side of Hampden to where the car was parked - me, Sannynimmo, Trevor and Geebo found an empty plastic bottle and had quite an entertaining kickabout for 10 mins - untill I got nutmegged a couple of times while trying to use my hands and feet to catch the bottle - at which point I said that we really ought to be going home. We then got in the car and went home - the end.

Strumps just got your message as I use the works computer. I was due to play golf in Edinburgh at 7.00 am so I got the 5.48 train in but didn`t get picked up. When I got back to F*****k I couldn`t be bothered getting another 2 trains to Hampden. I ended up cutting the grass which sounds a lot more fun than the game was. Don`t think we benefitted from the 2 week break also got to remember we were without Oates/Denham. This happened the last time we had a break due to postponements we couldn`t keep the run going. Also Albion Rovers won which was not good news. Still we`ve got 22 points and we could get a few more.
