The fun continues tomorrow night (7.30pm) at Shire Park when we take on 2nd Division Dumbarton in the local Cup competition. Dumbarton have already played F**kirk in our section, at the Rock on 4/8/04, losing 1-2.
Can anything compare with last season's Shire cup adventure ? We can only hope.
Be there.

For those that weren't there we were beaten 3-0 by what looked like a strong Dumbarton side. For the first hour the game was even with both sides missing a few good chances. Some of the football we played was excellent and Chris Baldwin looks like he is playing with a lot of confidence. However we lost a breakaway goal after an hour and then another a minute later from a set-piece. Tony Mitchell then saved a penalty before Dumbarton scored a good third.
Up to the first goal we played well and there was a lot of reason for encouragement. What was worrying though was the way we played after losing the first goal. Suddenly our passes weren't reaching Shire players and our defence was being pulled all over the place. Hopefully this has not knocked our confidence going into Saturday's derby.
