Given the seriousness of the club's plight at the moment it would be great to see as many members as possible attending this year's AGM.
We're always happy to see you, you know !

There is a couple of points I want to put on the open web about what happened at the AGM. First, as has been discussed on the general forum, the Supporters Club agreed unanimously to send a letter to the SFL (Scottish Football League - who administer divisions 1, 2 & 3) asking for an enquiry into the running of our club after what can only be described as a shambolic last 2 seasons. Second, at the Office Bearer elections Drummond Calder stood down as treasurer to involve himself with the recently announced Supporters Trust. I want to thank Drummond for his sterling service to the Supporters Club over the last 4 years and wish him well in his new project as I`m sure all `Shire minded folk do. After an election, the vacant position was filled by Richard Matthews - a well known hot chilie eater and away trip diehard - good luck to him in his new position. Ian Ramsay and Linda Stewart were re-elected unopposed as chairman and secretary respectively. Third, the yearly membership fee for season 04/05 was increased to £7 for adults and £3 for OAP, under 16`s, unemployed and students.

Aussie, the membership fee will be whatever £7 (or £3) is in your money. We did discuss getting our overseas friends to be a part of the supporters club at our AGM in May and we will let you know a little bit further into the summer the best way we think this can be done.
